We share these results as a reflection of some of our work. Since many cases settle, or are resolved at Conciliation Court, no official result exists that we can report to the public. Other cases involve children or sensitive issues that we chose not to share publicly.

2016 A larger portion of cases this year have been in family court, and given that they involve sensitive issues pertaining to children etc., we usually engage our Miranda Rights and remain silent about that work.  However, a former client sent this kind note, and encouraged us to post it.

Morgan Smith is pleased to be a small part of the Doe v U.S. suit to get "In God We Trust" off of our money, 15-cv-4373.  Hat's off to Michael Newdow for his work, and the many brave named Plaintiffs, including Junior Partner, Odin Smith.  Here's the Motion in Opposition to the government's effort to keep the "new" motto.

2015:  We were pleased at the end of 2014 to have made new friends and re-located to 2900 Washington Av N.  While working here in 2015, we've found the folks downstairs at Koepke Buelow Law have been most hospitable.  Good neighbors here on second floor include immigration practitioner Tom Anderson, and Jim from Text-a-Card.
